A unique location in the heart of the Kamptal!
Langenlois is located in the lower Kamptal on the natural river in the middle of hilly vineyards. The city not only has a wonderful historical center, but also contemporary architecture such as the internationally renowned Loisium , magnificent gardens and world-famous top wines. All of this just an hour's drive from Vienna!
The highlight of the Langenlois cultural year is the Langenlois Castle Festival every summer. The venue is the picturesque castle park of Haindorf Castle , which was mentioned in a document as early as the 14th century. The baroque palace has been the backdrop for the palace festival since 1996 and provides an incomparable operetta feeling.

Grüner Veltliner Sommeliers
Kamtal DAC 2020
Weingut Karl Fischer
As befits Austria's largest wine town, a typical regional white or red wine is selected as the festival wine every year at the Langenlois Castle Festival.
The white wine Grüner Veltliner Symphonie Kamptal DAC 2018 is a youthful Grüner Veltliner with a fruity bouquet, typical pepper spice and harmoniously integrated acidity. In short: an elegant, light summer wine.
The red wine Zweigelt Klassik 2016 shows dark red reflections and on the palate has a clear structure of sour cherry and plum and a balanced, subtly spicy acidity.
