General terms and conditions of Kultur Langenlois GmbH

 

By purchasing an admission ticket, the card holder submits to the house rules of Kultur Langenlois GmbH.

 

Schloss Haindorf venue

The events take place in the open air. Entry price / tickets Our entry prices are divided into five categories and can be found under "Tickets" on www.schlossfestspiele.at as well as on the order card and the folders. The prices quoted at the time of the order include 10% VAT. The admission ticket does not count as an invoice within the meaning of §11 UStG and therefore does not entitle to input tax deduction. The card is invalid without being torn off or after being canceled. When leaving the venue, the card is no longer valid. Abuse will be punished.

 

Cancellation / termination

If the handling of the event becomes impossible due to external "force majeure", there is no warranty case. The term "force majeure", which leads to the expiry of the organiser's obligation to perform, only includes events that are not in the organiser's sphere of influence (e.g. natural events such as storms, hail, storm damage, ...) that are not part of the facility allows more and no alternative appointment can be made.

 

Bad weather regulations

The organizer endeavors to carry out the performances punctually and even in unstable weather conditions, including rain if necessary. It is therefore recommended that you bring appropriate clothing with you. The organizer reserves the right to interrupt the performances of up to 60 minutes in order to enable the entire performance of the operetta. In the event of precipitation at the beginning of the performance or the onset of bad weather within the first 60 minutes of playing time or before the start of the break when the event has to be canceled or interrupted, the ticket price will be refunded. A cancellation can only be made before the start of the event and can only be issued by the festival management. If bad weather occurs after a playing time of 60 minutes or after the start of the break, the performance will be canceled without replacement and without a refund of the ticket price. In the event that an event is canceled and the ticket price is reimbursed, the ticket can be refunded within two months of the date of the event - only after notification by the organizer - exclusively at the point of sale where it was purchased. For organizational reasons, no reimbursements can be made at the box office. The pure ticket price, but no expenses of any kind (such as hotel, travel expenses, agency, system and processing fees) will be reimbursed.

 

The right to make changes to the cast and dates is reserved and is no reason for a refund.

 

Card loss

For a processing fee of € 2 per reprint, if the card is lost, a duplicate can be created if the identity of the buyer and the original purchase can be proven. The original card is no longer valid. In the case of audio (visual) transmissions, the holder of the admission ticket gives the transmitting media company the express consent that the recordings made by it during or in connection with the event may be evaluated without compensation and without temporal or spatial restrictions using any current or future technical process. Due to the volume of concerts, there may be a risk of damage to hearing and health, for which no liability whatsoever is accepted. The card holder acknowledges that the organizer is not liable for any other damage to property or body. The organizer is only liable for property damage and / or physical damage if it is at fault.

 

House rule

Photography and the recording of sound, film or video recordings are not permitted. No bottles, glasses or other fragile objects may be taken into the stands. Depending on the weather, weatherproof warm clothing is recommended. In order to exclude any visual obstruction and for security reasons, umbrellas are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed in the grandstand area. Visitors arriving late are only admitted during a pause for applause as instructed by the security staff.

 

Ticket sales

With the start of new production, tickets are available in advance from November of each year in the event office (Kultur Langenlois GmbH, Rathausstr. 4, 3550 Langenlois, Tel .: 02734/3450). Discounts and special conditions can only be granted by the organizer.

Oeticket arranges tickets for the buyer at their points of sale in the name and on account of the organizer. An agency fee can be added to the usual ticket price for the brokerage. The buyer consents to the storage of his data disclosed in connection with the business relationship and declares his consent to receive information by e-mail or by post. With the completion of the sales process, the sale is binding and cannot be canceled or modified. A card return (buyback / exchange) is generally excluded. The sales transaction via credit card only comes about if the booking process is carried out with a valid credit card and authorized by the respective credit card company. The tickets ordered by phone or e-mail will be sent to the post office after receipt of payment. A shipping or handling fee will be charged for shipping. The rights and obligations of the cardholder regulated in these GTC also apply to third parties to whom the cardholder has passed the card on. The cardholder is obliged to bind this when transferring them.

Should one of these provisions be ineffective, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions. Ineffective provisions are replaced by effective provisions that largely achieve the intended economic purpose. Austrian law applies.
